By accessing, registering on, or using WorkHai, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable policies published on the WorkHai platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the WorkHai website or services.

These Terms apply to both jobseekers and employers, including users who access free features as well as users who purchase paid WorkHai services.

2. About WorkHai

WorkHai is an online job search and recruitment platform designed to connect jobseekers and employers.

WorkHai may provide services including job search, job posting, candidate discovery, candidate database access, applications, recruitment management, notifications, subscriptions and other employment-related features.

WorkHai acts as a technology platform connecting users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, WorkHai is not the employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency or hiring authority for jobs posted by third-party employers.

3. User Accounts

Certain WorkHai features require users to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to update your information when necessary.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You should not share your password or account access with unauthorised persons.
  • You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by a security issue that you have promptly reported to WorkHai.
  • WorkHai may require email or other account verification before allowing certain features.

4. Terms for Jobseekers

Jobseekers may use WorkHai to search for jobs, create profiles, submit applications and use other available recruitment features.

Jobseekers are responsible for ensuring that their profile, resume, education, experience, skills and other information is accurate and does not intentionally misrepresent their qualifications.

Jobseekers should independently verify employer identity, job details, salary, work location and other employment conditions before accepting any employment opportunity.

WorkHai will never require a jobseeker to pay an employer in order to obtain a job. Users should be cautious of requests for OTPs, passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary payments made outside official WorkHai processes.

5. Terms for Employers

Employers may use WorkHai to publish vacancies, receive applications, search available candidate profiles and use recruitment tools provided through their employer account.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all company information, job information, salary information, requirements and recruitment communications published through WorkHai are accurate and lawful.

Employers must not use WorkHai to discriminate unlawfully, mislead candidates, collect unnecessary personal information or conduct fraudulent recruitment activities.

6. Job Posting Rules

Employers may post job opportunities according to the available WorkHai job-posting features and applicable account limits.

A job posting should contain genuine and relevant information about the actual employment opportunity.

Employers must not publish:

  • Fake or non-existent jobs.
  • Misleading salary or employment information.
  • Fraudulent recruitment offers.
  • Content requesting illegal payments from candidates.
  • Malware, phishing links or harmful content.
  • Content that violates applicable law.

WorkHai may review, restrict, suspend or remove job postings that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

7. Candidate Database Access

WorkHai may provide employers with access to candidate profiles or candidate database features depending on the employer's account, available credits and subscription plan.

Where candidate database access is available, employers can use the available search tools to search and review candidate profiles according to the information and filters provided on the platform.

Candidate database access does not guarantee that a candidate will respond, be available, meet all hiring requirements or accept an employment opportunity.

Employers must use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and employment-related purposes and must not sell, redistribute, publish or misuse candidate information.

Candidate Data Accuracy

Candidate profiles are based on information provided or generated through platform activity. WorkHai does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of every candidate profile.

8. Job Applications

Where an employer has enabled a job posting for applications, eligible jobseekers may apply through the available WorkHai application functionality.

When an application is successfully submitted, the application information may be made available to the relevant employer for recruitment purposes.

Employers may review applications and decide whether to shortlist, interview, reject or otherwise process candidates.

Applying for a job does not guarantee an interview, shortlist, offer or employment. Hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer.

9. Live and Current Job & Candidate Data

WorkHai is designed to provide users with current recruitment information. A significant portion of job, application and candidate information may be generated or updated through live platform activity.

However, information can change at any time. A job may be filled, closed, paused, expired or removed by an employer. Candidate availability, contact information, experience or preferences may also change.

Therefore, WorkHai does not guarantee that every job or candidate profile will remain available, current or accurate at the exact time a user views it.

Employers are encouraged to search the available candidate database and contact or evaluate suitable candidates according to their hiring requirements. Jobseekers are encouraged to review the latest job information before applying.

10. Subscriptions and Paid Features

WorkHai may offer paid subscription plans, credits or other paid recruitment services to employers or other eligible users.

The exact features, job posting limits, candidate database access, credits, validity period and other benefits applicable to a subscription will be displayed during purchase or within the relevant WorkHai account.

Subscription features may include:

  • Additional job posting access.
  • Candidate database access.
  • Candidate search and profile discovery.
  • Application management.

Payment status, subscription activation and purchased credits may depend on successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Users should not share card PINs, UPI PINs, passwords, OTPs or banking credentials with WorkHai employees, employers, candidates or third parties.

12. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important: Paid subscription fees, job-posting purchases, database credits or other paid services are generally non-refundable once the service, credits or subscription access has been activated or used, except where a refund is expressly provided by WorkHai or required under applicable law.

Purchasing a WorkHai subscription or recruitment service does not create a guarantee of hiring, candidate response, applications, interviews, recruitment success or business results.

Refunds are not guaranteed merely because a user does not receive the expected number of applications, candidates, interviews, responses or hiring outcomes.

Database credits that have already been used, consumed or accessed may not be refundable.

Similarly, job postings or recruitment services that have already been activated or used may not be refundable.

If WorkHai expressly announces a specific refund or cancellation policy for a particular plan, that specific policy will apply to the relevant purchase.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Subscription Period and Expiry

Each subscription or paid service is available for the period specified at the time of purchase.

After expiry, access to subscription-only features or unused benefits may be restricted according to the applicable plan terms.

Any renewal, extension or upgrade will be subject to the applicable plan and price displayed by WorkHai at the time of renewal or purchase.

Users should check their subscription validity, available job postings and database credits before purchasing additional services.

14. Employer and Candidate Communication

WorkHai may provide features that allow employers and jobseekers to communicate or exchange recruitment-related information.

WorkHai may also restrict individual jobs, candidate database access, messaging, applications or other features where necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties.

Where permitted and appropriate, WorkHai may provide an opportunity to resolve an issue before permanent account termination.

17. Platform Availability

WorkHai is intended to provide continuous online access, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting problems, network issues, security incidents, third-party services or circumstances beyond WorkHai's reasonable control.
